About Pro Formula:

We host children’s entrepreneur markets to help kids (ages 5–17) launch businesses! Join us to create fun, educational events in cultural communities.

Your Role:

✔ Book and manage 5+ events/month in your assigned community.

✔ Build partnerships (places of worship, schools, cultural centers).

✔ Ensure smooth event execution (vendor setup, parent/child engagement).

Pay (Performance-Based):

• Earn 10% of event revenue (e.g., 100 kids ×100 = **100=∗∗1,000/event**).
• Bonus: 12% commission for events beyond 5/month!

Ideal Candidate:

• Deep ties to Desi, East Asian, Mexican, or Latino communities.
• Loves working with kids + hustle to book events.
• Organized, bilingual a plus!
